Terms of Service

AutoConnect AI (“AutoConnect”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI-assisted lead management platform for UK motor-trade dealerships. The service includes inbound lead ingestion, automated qualification, escalation to human staff, and reporting tools.

This is placeholder copy. The final wording will be drafted with our solicitors before launch.

The person who registers a new dealership becomes its administrator. Administrators are responsible for who they invite, what permissions they grant, and the accuracy of any data uploaded (stock, customer details, AI personality settings).

Each administrator must keep their credentials secure and must not share login details. Suspected compromise should be reported to security@autoconnect.example without delay.

You agree not to use AutoConnect to:

• send unsolicited marketing in breach of UK PECR or GDPR;
• upload customer data you don't have lawful basis to process;
• attempt to bypass tenant scoping, authentication, or rate limits;
• feed the AI with content designed to evade UK FCA regulations on regulated finance.

FCA finance regulations. The AI is configured never to quote monthly payments, APR, or other regulated finance figures without human review. You remain responsible for compliance of any figures your team sends to a customer.

GDPR. AutoConnect processes personal data on your behalf as a data processor. The Data Processing Addendum will be available upon request and forms part of these terms once accepted.

Pricing is per dealership and bespoke. Invoiced charges are due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. Late payments may result in suspension of the service.

To the extent permitted by law, AutoConnect's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Either party may terminate the agreement on 30 days' written notice. We may suspend the service immediately for serious breach of these terms. On termination you may export your data within 30 days, after which it is deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
